Terms and Conditions – Fortune Frequencies
Sound & Energy Wellness through Tuning Fork Therapy

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Fortune Frequencies ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking and attending a Tuning Fork Therapy session, you ("client," "you") agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Tuning Fork Therapy at Fortune Frequencies is a complementary wellness practice that uses sound and vibration to support relaxation and energetic balance. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not claim to cure, treat, or diagnose any medical or psychological condition.

2. Consent

By attending a session, you acknowledge that:

You are participating voluntarily.

You have read and understood the "Guidance and Caution" section provided.

You have informed Fortune Frequencies of any existing illness, injury, or medical condition that may affect your session.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

Disclose any health concerns or conditions prior to the session.

Communicate your needs and boundaries clearly.

Understand that results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared before, during, or after sessions will remain strictly confidential unless required by law.

5. Session Changes, Cancellations & Online Bookings

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Bookings made online are non-refundable unless required under the Australian Consumer Law. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, a credit will be issued to reschedule at a later date.

Credits are valid for 6 months from the original booking date.

6. Right to Refuse Service

The practitioner at Fortune Frequencies reserves the right to refuse service to any client at their sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, health concerns that may make the session unsuitable, or any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the practice.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon session completion unless otherwise agreed.

Fortune Frequencies accepts cash payment in person or online payment.

8. Remote Sessions

For remote/online sessions:

Ensure you are in a quiet, undisturbed environment.

A stable internet connection is required.

Fortune Frequencies is not responsible for disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fortune Frequencies is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in Tuning Fork Therapy sessions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You agree to assume full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during and after each session.

10. Changes to Terms

Fortune Frequencies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to future bookings. Clients with existing bookings will be notified of any material changes.
