It is my belief that changing the world starts within.  That our frequency ripples outward and through energetic exchange we resonate and reflect externally the frequency we contain.

We are all on an individual path and my personal experiences propelled and inspired me on a journey to discover who I am and my purpose. I know I am infinitely evolving, constantly curious to see what unfolds. It excites me deeply to witness the benefits of personal development—both within myself and others. Along my journey I find enrichment in the discovery of the programs and beliefs that limit me. I travel the paths that contain the parts of me that live in the shadow. It is on these paths that I find my greatest treasure. 

I believe we are all connected as unique infinite fractals of creation, full of unrealised potential. We are constantly expressing a frequency, that is always endeavoring towards a harmonic state of being. Changing the world starts with ourselves,  as we strive towards our authentic self and discard all that we are not, we will resonate our frequency externally like a ripple, benefiting all those around us.

Learning constantly, I study from many sources. Using a variety of methods, endeavoring to expand my perception thus creating potential and opportunity. I know the value of my mistakes,  I ask myself the hard questions and challenge myself daily.  I realise that healing ourselves involves a holistic and individual approach and as we constantly evolve, so too do the challenges. It is an honor to be able to provide assistance to others, apply my experience,  compassion and empathy in a safe and supportive space.  I am grateful for the awareness that energy is a currency that flows through exchange. 

As the Conductor of my own Symphony,  I strive to be authentically aligned and harmonically in tune. 

Trusting my intuition, finding strength in authenticity, I stand with harmless intent. Endeavoring to see the beauty in every experience, the potential for growth and expansion -the gift awaiting within all experiences. 

Without the measure of being unaligned to myself,
how else then can I discover my
true essence and spirit
- my own Fortune Frequency.
