Each Chakra energy center corresponds with specific organs and systems in the body, influencing both physical and emotional wellbeing. Expanding and increasing energetic flow supports the body in restoring balance and equilibrium.
Using weighted and unweighted forks as required. 
Non-invasive and does not involve contact with the body. 
Clear communication expands this experience as I can also give attention to areas that hold energy within the session.

The frequency and vibration of the tuning forks, flow through the body easing muscle tension, alignment issues, aches and pain.
Body Symmetry ideally involves lying on your front and back. If that's not possible we can still work with you and accommodate your needs.
It is advisable to wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing, such as jeans or leggings, to enhance the connection with the tuning forks vibrations.  If you have any concerns, I can work with you as we can take breaks to stretch and move the body as required.
Frequency therapy works with your own unique body of energy. The tuning forks are tools and the energetic exchange is between you and the frequencies which creates an experience that is individual.
